Adams Holmes Associates has devoted a great deal of time and care to assemble a professional team of the highest calibre. Key individuals taking leading roles in all commissions are members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) or the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) and supported by extremely capable planning, surveying, technical and administrative staff.
The firm was established in 1999 by Richard Adams MRICS and David Holmes MA, MRTPI. David has been involved in planning issues within both the public and private sectors for more than 30 years. He currently provides planning advice to clients that include Hutchison 3G, Orange, O2 Airwave and O2 (UK) Ltd, in addition to a number of landowners and commercial enterprises across the Midlands and South-West including wind turbine developers and operators and the renewables sector generally. His role encompasses the preparation and submission of planning applications and appeals - often involving DPA - and he is an experienced expert witness and advocate at Inquiry.
